• Brought to you by the MIT Energy & Climate Club, the MIT Energy Conference is the largest student-led energy conference in the U.S., first held in 2005.

  • The 2025 MIT Energy Conference will be held in-person at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge.

  • Industry professionals, students, researchers, engineers, academics, entrepreneurs, policymakers, analysts, and folks enthusiastic about the future of energy, energy technologies, and climate action are all encouraged to attend.

  • The event takes place at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge, making it an excellent choice for accommodation. For reservations, you can contact the hotel directly. Alternatively, there are several hotels in Cambridge and across the river in Boston. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

  • Ticket sales are non-refundable except in the case that the event is not able to take place as planned due to MIT, state, or local regulations or extreme weather conditions. In the case that the conference needs to take place virtually, in-person ticket holders will be refunded the difference between an in-person and virtual ticket.

  • We will be recording our panels and keynotes, subject to privacy requests and approvals from our speakers. The recordings will be made available to ticket holders only on our streaming platform for a limited period of time after the conference ends.
